VIKING P-07 Pull-Up Bar & Dip Stand
A truly unique fitness equipment that allows the safe performance of many exercises with body weight resistance.

Extremely robust construction with a maximum use weight of 200 kg. (Subject to the strength of the hanging wall.)*

What makes it stand out from similar instruments is the 2 hooks that hang tightly on the wall with safety screws (included).
P-07 hangs on these hooks either as a single yoke or upside down as a double yoke and ab chair!

OPERATIONS:

Triceps and chest biceps
Abdominal chair with leg lifts
A barbell for back training, which can be used by a user of any weight, with different ergonomic handles.
Placed on the floor can be used for pushups and dips
