From the new Viking series, for the first time in Greece a treadmill unique of its kind. A 2-in-1 machine that can be used as a treadmill or cross trainer/mountain climber, as it reaches an incredible 40% incline level. It is built to professional specifications and operates with two 2.0 Hp motors each that work perfectly together to provide tremendous reliability and durability over time.
It is especially useful for those with joint issues as it allows them to increase intensity and burn level during exercise through the increased incline without strain risk with running. In fact, walking uphill is proven to help strengthen the muscles that support and protect the lower back (gluteus major, lumbar and sacroiliac muscles).
At the same time, the improvement in endurance, alignment and the general appearance of the thighs and buttocks is more than impressive since they are the muscles that are most activated on the intense uphill.
