Unique multi-tool for a perfect combination of exercises VIKING LP-7 Sturdy and functional construction with proper wire flow. It has 3 different pulleys (high, medium, low) with their respective handles. With adjustable seat height to find the ideal exercise position. Seat distance from the ground 44 – 51 cm.

BACK PULLEYS Can work with either regular (28mm) or Olympic (50mm) weight plates, with additional adapters (""sleeves "") which are included. On each side there is a useful suspension length of 19 cm for the 28mm discs and 14 cm for the 50mm discs. Total 38 and 28 cm respectively. Performs exercises: -Anterior and posterior cervical pull-ups and triceps presses with the high pulley. – Resistance curls, chest presses and overhead extensions for the long head of the triceps with the middle pulley.

ROWING It has a metal folding sole counter for the correct execution of low rowing and also cushions – gussets on the upper thighs to keep them from riding up on high pulley pulls. It has non-slip rubber soles to keep it stable and not to damage the floor. Performs exercises: – Low row, biceps curls, trapezius lifts (high row) and quadriceps – biceps and adductor – abductor training with the low pulley .
