Power Rack C-11
Designed with the performance of basic multi-joint exercises in mind with safety and functional comfort.
It has many interesting features such as:
Built-in high and low pulley.
4 solid steel bar mounting hooks that can be placed at 21 different heights from 44 – 173 cm.
2 powerful oblong bars – bar fuses, also of solid steel, terminating at the ends in 2 more mounting hooks.
Horizontally adjustable bar with cushion to immobilize the legs in high pulley pull-ups.
Functional dimensions: With a small footprint in the space but a well-thought-out internal layout so that pull ups, presses and deep sit-ups can be performed comfortably.
4 integrated positions for storing weights.
Adjustable bar with pad to stabilize thighs in high pulley pull-ups.
Thanks to the above, we can comfortably and safely perform all the powerful exercises that train all of our muscles cooperatively in a single workout:
