Olympic Discs for weightlifting – crossfit.
Made of solid – wear resistant – rubber with a 50 mm steel ring in the middle.
Available in 5 – 10 – 20 kg
The diameter of all discs, regardless the weight, is 45 cm so that their mass is solid on the bar.
Suitable for medium height falls when combined with a suitable crossfit bar and wooden platform or thick rubber floor.
Falls should not occur when there is only one disc on each side of the bar, especially with those of thin size.
