Viking's L-4 is a small and compact stepper with built-in resistance bands to evenly train the upper and lower body

Thanks to the rotary range of motion regulator it has, it has the largest step range in the mini stepper category so it can work out the glutes in addition to the legs. At the same time as the range of motion increases, we also have an increase in the difficulty of the exercise, resulting in a greater burning of calories
